Letters in Applied Microbiology provides for the rapid publication of short, high quality papers in the broad field of applied microbiology. Advances in rapid methodology are a particular feature. The Journal reflects developments in biotechnology in such fields as applied microbial genetics, immunodiagnosis, cell culture and fermentation science.
