Some content is cut off and/or I cannot scroll a window. What is wrong?
This is a known issue that affects Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4x and earlier, most versions of Opera and Netscape Navigator version 4.7 or earlier. This is because these browsers do not support the current W3C standards. We recommend you upgrade to the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to resolve these issues.

I can't view the site properly. What is wrong?
The site is designed to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later or Netscape Navigator 6 or later. Although it can be viewed with older versions of these browsers and/or other browsers such as Opera, users of these browsers may not enjoy the same interactivity or be able to view all the content on the site. We recommend PC users upgrade to the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox to resolve these issues.
